PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF WILLAMINA PROPOSED WATER & SEWER RATE INCREASES The Willamina City Council will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at the Willamina City Hall, 411 NE C Street in Willamina. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications are being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET E-01-12, a request by Katie Vinson to host the Wildwood MusicFest on July 28, 2012, for an attendance of up to 500. The permit would allow amplified music from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. On-site camping is also requested for the dates of July 28-29, 2012. The site where the event will be held is 10.4 acres located at 32380 West Valley Highway, Sheridan, also identified as Tax Lot 5632-500. The property is predominantly zoned EF-80 Exclusive Farm District, with a small portion zoned AF-10 Agriculture/Forestry Small Holding.
