NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Rock Creek Water District, Polk County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, will be held at the Tribal Community Center, Grand Ronde, OR. The meeting will take place on 02/21/2012 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after 02/21/2012 at 8330 King Rd., Grand Ronde, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

The staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven days prior to the hearing and will be provided at reasonable cost.
The hearing process is: the hearing is opened, staff report, testimony by the applicant, proponents, opponents and rebuttal by the applicant. Before the hearing is closed, a party may request additional time to present information.
